Drinks
The drink category is recognized as the most promising “dosage form” for nutrition and health ingredients. A wide variety of drink type can be prepared to cater diverse marketing targets.
We can first distinguish between enriched drinks and nutritional drinks.
In enriched drinks, Peptan™s’ would be added to usual drinks such as fruit or vegetable juices. This may represent a range extension for a well-known brand.
In nutritional drinks, Peptan™ would be formulated with other ingredients such as Calcium, chondroitin or hyaluronic acid: this example would be a drink targeting bone and joint health.
We can also distinguish the drinks depending on the base it is built on. Most of the drinks are water-based. Our teams have also developed a formula for a Peptan™-enriched acid dairy drink.
