Rousselot uses porcine bones, bovine hide and fish skins, which offers the benefits of a complete range of hydrolyzed collagens, in order to cater not only the functional requirements of the application but also the cultural needs of the consumers.

The Peptan™ process begins with a strict and careful selection of raw materials. They are sourced from animals that are inspected by veterinary officials and declared fit for human consumption.
